ABOUT CODEBROSAI

WHO WE ARE

CodeBrosAI is the first AI-powered graphing calculator company. 
We modify TI-84s with Wi-Fi, AI, and a built-in camera — giving 
students the help they need on the device their school already 
requires.

Founded by Simon Buhl, a Computer Science student at the University 
of Tennessee, CodeBrosAI started as a personal project to solve a 
real problem: students needing a calculator for class but having 
to switch to their phones every time they needed help. Phones are 
distraction machines. School calculators haven't changed in 30 
years. So we built something better.

Today, we're a registered Delaware LLC with customers across the 
country. Every unit is refurbished, modified, tested, and shipped 
by our team — and every feature ships in days, not years.

OUR MISSION

To build AI-powered learning tools that actually help students 
learn — without pulling them into the rabbit hole of social media. 
Calculators today. Other AI learning tools tomorrow. We're building 
this for the long haul.

OUR AI USE POLICY

The AI84 is a study tool. It is not, and was never designed to be, 
a cheating tool. We take academic integrity seriously, and we ask 
every customer to do the same.

✦ Tutor Mode is the default mode of the device. We guide students 
  through problems step-by-step rather than just giving them the 
  answer — because the goal is to actually learn the concept.

✦ Cheating guardrails are built into every AI request. Our system 
  is designed to encourage learning behavior, not bypass it.

✦ By purchasing an AI84, you agree to use it in compliance with 
  your school's, instructor's, and exam administrator's policies. 
  This includes any rules around AI use, calculator use during 
  tests, or device modifications.
