Returns and replacements

We do not routinely accept returns for a change of mind. Exceptions may be considered case by case.

Faulty AI-84 Mark I calculators

For all eight AI-84 Mark I color variants, if your order is not working properly, request a replacement within 30 days after delivery by contacting CodeBrosAI@Gmail.Com. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

The original item must be returned after authorization. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send it, and arrange a replacement. CodeBrosAI, LLC. pays return postage for accepted AI-84 Mark I returns and replacements. No restocking fee applies. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if it is damaged or you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Approved exceptions and refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an authorized return and let you know whether a refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at CodeBrosAI@Gmail.Com.

Existing orders and statutory rights

This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law or return terms promised when you placed your order.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law. Contact us at CodeBrosAI@Gmail.Com to arrange the return. Your statutory rights for faulty goods are not limited by the 30-day replacement request window above.
